With the dizzying transformation of modernity, the architectural structures that have transformed into image products have become non-depth commodities. The idea of revitalizing the potential of the structures by experiencing them voluntarily constitutes the basis for this study. The aim of the study is to emphasize the importance of sensing the space by the user. The necessity of evaluating the structures within the context of sensory totality is investigated with the ontology and phenomenology base and the new method is proposed. Method; poly - semantic method. User includes three layers and their sub-headings as space and individual experience. The intersection set of three layers creates the spatial sensation experience. Generally speaking, it is based on the evaluation of the structure at different stages by experiencing this layer with its data (ontological examination by taking into account the definition of the dictionary and considering the phenomenological sensation). Architect Emre Arolat and its structure Sancaklar Mosque are the subject of application, and the relations of space, sensations and their impressions on the user are explained according to the stages of poly - semantic method and the stages that develop together. As a result of the study, the main finding is that the functions required in the Sancaklar Mosque, which differ from the traditional in view, are preserved as an idea, and that the difference is not an idea, but rather an expression of formal freedom, and a sense of space where the sensation is observed. The original aspect of the research is the attitude of the architect and the fact that the intellectual essence behind the project originates from a structure beyond what is seen / presented.
