Abstract:

In the modern day where demands are seen as unlimited in comparison with sources, allocation of these sources to the right demands is an obligation. As the demand that should be met grows, the source that should be allocated grows at the same time which makes the problem more important. In this study hospital projects selection problem under particular constraints is addressed. In order to reflect the criteria to the solution, which lies on the problems nature, multi criteria decision making methods are used. A mathematical model has built. With the help of the model, problem specific constraints are involved to the solution. It is seen that the integrated method is efficient in solving the decision making problems under constraints.
