Abstract:In this study; during the five-year period efficiency analyzes were made according to the law of thermodynamics of a thermal power plant and the change in plant performance has been studied. In the light of the data from the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant, the plant performance were examined four main parameters (Thermal efficiency, Pipe efficiency, Turbine efficiency and Boiler Efficiency), a system running under high temperature and pressure over a five-year period due to reasons such as wear and creep studies have tried to reveal characteristics. Based on the data obtained the data being introduced by the method of charting, uninterrupted of production at the plant, which aims to do for next year have attempted to show the way to production commitments. In addition, once in power plants around the world for performance losses experienced rehabilitation methods being introduced, with several examples what type of an improvement might be on the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant have been studied.
