Abstract:

In smart grid systems, a comprehensive risk analysis is required to be able to transfer supply of energy continuous and secure. In this study, an advanced, multiple and detailed Risk Assessment Index Framework has been established for a smart grid system. Risks are constituted as Financial, Security, Environmental, Technological and Management Risks. The significance of the risks are determined by using Chang's Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (BAHP) Method, Enhanced Integral Value and Quadratic Mean Method. Security risks and Technological risks were found to be the significant risk titles, with 33% and 29%, respectively. Electricity supply security was obtained as the most risky title among other sub-risk groups in all three methods.
