Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to determine the existence and direction of the relationship between the general information teachersz organizational justice perceptions and organizational behaviors, the interaction between them and the demographic variables through the relational screening method. Descriptively, the study group constituted 93 teachers (Çubuk County National Education Directorate) in 6 vocational and technical education institutions in Çubuk district of Ankara in the academic year of 2017-2018. Survey data were obtained through questionnaires. In the study, organizational justice scale and organizational behavior scale were used as data collection tools. The collected data were transferred to the electronical environment through SPSS 24.0 data analysis program and were also analyzed statistically with SPSS 24.0 program.
