Abstract:On purine derivate compounds used for cancer treatment were provided important developments since beginning of the 21st century. For this purpose, many new compounds were synthesized and successful results were obtained. Because of toxic effects of active agents of the drugs used in the cancer treatment is too much. Therefore, there are restrictions on the use of these drug. For this reason, synthesized drugs should affect selectively tumor cells and prevent the dissemination of cancer without general toxicity. In this study, the compounds of 5-((6-amino-9H-purine-9-yl)methyl)1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol (having purine derivative) and 9-((5-alkylthio)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)-methyl)-9H-purine- 6-amine derivatives compounds (having on different alkyl groups) were synthesized. Then the obtained compounds were purified and their structures were illuminated with spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and HR-MS). Synthesized compounds have oxadiazole ring, sulfur and different alkyl groups. In the further studies, we have planned that the examination of anti-cancer activities of synthesized compounds.
