Abstract:In the last century, the demand for transportation has increased substantially as a result of incredible progress in social and economic life. In daily life, in addition to the need of moving from one place to another, performing this transportation in a fast manner has also showed a great importance to reach a real success. In the past century, intercontinental transportation, in particular, has been handled with many difficulties and has taken so many days due to geographical characteristics of the world. The time which has been wasted for transportation and which is very valuable has been shortened significantly as a result of improvements in aviation. However, the increase in air traffic volume has also caused an increase in the number of air traffic accidents. This fact has forced people and associations to investigate the reasons of these accidents. As a result of many studies, the reasons concerned with the technology have been largely eliminated. However, the problems originated form the human factor stil exist as a real issue that has complicated inputs. The experts who accept that the only solution for human mistakes is based on training have developed CRM (Crew Resource Management). CRM training has a progressive structure with the help of accident investigations and analyses. Consequently, aviation associations have established a training vii concept which offers this training in every six months. MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation), which is the subject of this research, is a kind of training in which CRM disciplines are given to aviators with CRM training. CASA has been used in Air Force since 1992. As a result of two tragic accidents, CASA simulator was built by Havelsan and has been still used. In this thesis study, the course and flight schedule needed for giving MCC training in CASA simulator in accordance with JAR Europe Aviation Rules. This training has the substructure which is not only appropriate for CASA pilots but also for all Air Force. It is considered that having this prepared CASA MCC training program by the mentioned personnel is going to contribute highly to the flight safety.
