Abstract:Today, the amount of data kept in computer files and databases is increasing dramatically. At the same time, those who use this data stored in the database are waiting for more complex information. Simple inquiry techniques fail to support this increasing demand for information, and data mining techniques are used to address these needs. Data mining contains many different algorithms to accomplish different researches. All these algorithms are intended to fit a model into the data. In data mining, it should be to reveal the unpredictable. Fake divorce problem of space located in Turkey's social security legislation, are emerging as a result of the abuse of Insurers. According to the current provisions of the legislation, the female children who are divorced after marrying are considered to be orphans and they are entitled to orphans pension due to father or mother. As they can entitle to orphans pension due to father or mother, after orphan girls get fake divorce live in the same house with their ex husband. Last paragraph of article 56 of 5510 numbered law point out that if orphan girls determined to fake divorced and live together with their ex spouse, the income and pensions will be cut. From this point of view, the main aim of this study is to determine the behavioral model of the people who are found to be fake divorce and to determine the characteristics of the group which has not been determined until now. To provide that will help the decision making of the audit units.
