Abstract:

Valve Test System Design, Manufacturing and Testing of Cartridge valves with a thesis on the experimental studies have been undertaken previously in our country Cartridge valves were examined. Proportional cartridge valve and solenoid cartridge valve used in the experiments was targeted.In this thesis, planned to investigate the mathematical modellingof the valves done and numerical modellingresults that will be achieved in comparison with the experimental results was carried out.Proportional Valve Cartridge from experiments sine signal transfer function will be removed by rubbing with PID method. Cartridge valve solenoid PWM square wave with the transfer function has been removed. Mathematicalremoved by modellingthe transfer function converges examined.And Proportional Solenoid Cartridge Valve scope of this thesis mathematical models were removed, the Matlab / Simulink environment experiments will be created and removed with the transfer function of the transfer function are compared with the mathematical model, convergence was determined. In the thesis, which will be examined on the valve types are listed below.Solenoid Cartridge Valves. Normally open and closed are used as the discharge and direction valves. The fluid line control, electric power is supplied by electromagnetic force occurring on the coil bobbin is made by moving. Proportional Cartridge Valves Works with electrical signals proportional valves and converts it into electrical signals proportional force. Entering the valve by increasing or decreasing the electric current occurring at the valve coil increases or decreases in proportion to the force. Consequently the amount of force by the valve coil, on-off, change the direction, pressure and flow is required to regulate.
