Abstract:

The purpose of the present study is to show up failure modes and effect analysis. we knew Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a widely used method of which aim is risk evaluation in occupational health and safety. With the analysis of failure occurrence probability and failure detection probability factors risk priority number is determined. In fact, in a FMEA process includes uncertainty, particularly the failure mode having same risk priority number (RPN) this means is: FMEAcan not decide which risk is more important. In this study, we selected one of the fuzzy approaches to solve this problem, Rough set theory is a new approach to decision making in the presence of indefiniteness.
