Abstract:RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology which collects objects' and people's data with radio waves without human effect. It puts these data in a RFID tag which has a microprocessor for collecting them. With RFID technology, we can track people's or objects' movements in a secure way. These information is transmitted to readers by using antenna. RFID readers convert these radio waves into digital data and then transfer them to computer systems. We can use different security methods for protecting data in tags. One of them is encryption algorithms. In this thesis; AES (Advanced Encryption Standart) and RSA encryption algorithms are combined to create a hybrid form for having maximum level of data security. For this issue, the algorithms are used to enclose their interrelated negative features and the results of the work shows that a more secure system is generated as compared to single algorithm usage case.
