Automatic fire sprinkler systems, which are active fire fighting systems as one of the required measures by the regulations in buildings, are studied and developed a numerical model. Sprinkler is an element that distributes water to the protected area in pulverized form. Sprinklers are manufactured in different types in order to meet the requirements of the protected area. Using FlowVision, numerical model of so-called standart type sprinkler has been made. This numerical analysis is compared with the analysis of leading manufacturers of the same sprinkler model. We will understand if the sprinkler model that we analised could lead us to mode adwanced desings. In this way, we aim to desing and produce better and reliable products that has continuity. The minimum pressure and flow rate values are determined by the standars, designed sprinkler must meet these values. So that, sprinkler desings that provided by leading manufacturers are the starting point for us. In this way, we aim is to desing a model that can be applied to production in the future. This model will be base of the product that we desined using latest engineering techniques.
