Abstract:
This study was conducted in order to examine the qualifications of pre-school teachers working in kindergartens in teaching drama. The sample group of the study consisted 98 preschool teachers who worked in Altındağ District. The SPSS22.0 program was used in the analysis of the data obtained from the “Drama Proficiency Questionnaire” developed by the researcher. As a result of the research, the majority of pre-school teachers consisted of women between the ages of 26-30. It was determined that the majority of the participants took courses on drama technique from the program they graduated from. It was seen that the teachers was willing to attend the courses related to drama education. In addition, it was concluded that improvisation technique is the most widely used and most used technique in the lessons.
