Abstract:
This study aims to examine the elements of folk culture in a hundred compiled folk songs chosen from TRT Repertoire as an educational tool. For this purpose, the elements of folk culture in one hundred folk songs selected and compiled from TRT Repertory were examined and interpreted in terms of being an educational tool. The findings were tried to be explained according to the sub-problems of the research. Folk culture elements (folkloric elements) in folk songs, compiled from TRT Repertoire, clear and hidden meanings of folk culture elements, what is conveyed to the members of society through folk songs, what expressions of folk songs are included in education.
