Abstract:

The developing of technology day by day and the necessity of using alternative energy resource compounded the studies on high cyclic rotary engines. The rotary engines working according to wankel engines? working principle are high productive engines on which is still being done designs and developing studies from 1500s to today . Turbo Rotary Pars Engine in the level of prototype and having a new design is one of these studies. At this study crescent pallet design is done for Turbo rotary pars engine- gotten its patent-. With this design . decreasing friction missings between pallet and pallet home to minimum levels is aimed. Through these aims a turbin runner having 250cc capacity is produced for Turbo Rotary Pars Engine. By producing in four different ways crescent pallet `s effects on turbine runner performance was investigated. As a result of the experiments it has been determined that the power of the supported crescent palette is more than about 8 % single graded unsupported-I crescent palette, 47 % single graded unsupported-II crescent palette and 91 % double graded unsupported crescent palette.
