In this study, it is aimed to compare the students who learn Turkish in Egypt, especially in the past tense and the solution of the problems. The aim of this research is to determine the problems of the Arabic students at the level of A1-A2 at the Yunus Emre Institute in Egypt and at the Gazi University TÖMER 2016-2017 Academic Year to determine the problems they have encountered and present Solution for them. In the above-mentioned Turkish education centers, data were collected using a questionnaire form with Arab students learning Turkish. The questions presented to the students were gathered around four main themes: Arabic and Turkic alphabet varieties, the problems of the four basic language skills encountered in learning, the use of past tense, the problems encountered when pronouncing some Turkish voices, common Words between Arabic and English,, Lack of instructors and materials. These titles have a total of 49 questions. As a result of the research, it was determined that Arab students had problems such as past tense, voice knowledge, speech skill, pronunciation, alphabet.
