Abstract:The aim of this research is to discover a theoretical structure that expresses in what ways manages the training of coaches in Turkey. In accordance with this purpose in the study, the theory benefited is Grounded Theory which is used as a research model to explore the theory. In the study Purposeful sampling method was used to determine the study group. The number of participants are determined by the theoretical sampling method, which allows to reveal the potential of important institutional consepts from certain sections of life or time periods. In the initial sample of the theoretical sample; 3 who have done/been doing the coaching profession for at least 10 years; and in the theoretical sample at the same time, we worked with 8 coaches who have a coaching experience close to the national team level. In the study, upon categories providing theoretical saturation, The number of participants are limited to 11 coached. In study as data collection tool, developed by researched ‘‘Semi-structured interview questions’’ are used. In analysis of datas it is benefited from qualitative data analysis program that is NVIVO. Datas ‘‘open, selective and theoretical coding’’ process by analysis, categories are explored. As a result of this research, the theoretical structure of training management styles consisting of Contemporary, Situational, Liberal, Authoritarian and Planned Training Management core categories are discovered.
