In this study, the occupational accidents in construction projects, the views of the sector employees to such accidents, and what could be done after the accidents were discussed. A survey on 384 sector employees (employer, technical staff, construction workers and so on.) was carried out in different places of Ankara Metropolitan during 2014 to see the points in details. The interaction between the parameters that lead occupational accidents were assessed. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the concept of risk evaluation has created an awareness. The results showed that the occupational health and safety training were provided in build-and-sell sector at 49,2% rate; however, in turn-key projects, the rate of the provided training was 100%. Among the results within the framework of mass protection measures against dangers, it was observed that all infrastructure firms has significantly increased the distance to risks, and mass-housing firms has insulated the source of dangers at 90.5% rate.
