Abstract:Decision making processes are gradually become complex structure requiring decision making fastly and appropriately. Especially, authority at the head of the decision making mechanism required to understand this structure very well. In this study, an international organization that hosted the Olympic Games to the city from our country to be nominated for selection assessment was made of the city. First of experts and academicians who have experience in this issue interviews with as a result determinated both altenative cities and criterias will be used during analysed alternatives. After determined criterias found out criterias weights with "Super Decision" computer program is used deal with problem about ANP method is efficient one of the decision making solve internal-external dependences and feedback between criterias which can be quantified and difficult quantified. Data obtained in the context of criteria for the selection of the alternative host cities, has been used in the VIKOR method together with criteria weights provided in the former step.
