This study was conducted based on students coaching and its techniques. The purpose of the study is to adopt student coaching as a new way of education services to students in a comprehensible manner, to increase the awareness of students and to continue their life as a conscious individuals. The study is based on the form of screening literature. Working group of the study is consisting of children ages from 11 to 18 with a total of 5 boys and 5 girls. In the study, Representation System Test" and "Multiple Intelligences Assessment Test taken from the books where I am working as an instructor of the institution (Optimal Koçluk) were used for collecting data. The data obtained have been shown us each student have intelligence types in different areas and representation systems. This study leads to the relationship between students intelligence types and representation system according to study more effectively and efficiently. As a result, secondary and high school level students in self diagnosis by discovering that their intelligence types and systems of representation, was found to be necessary to decide the future targets more healthier and more logical. It is necessary to create an awareness of student coaching approach and to place its role to our education system.
