Abstract:In this thesis, the spectroscopic properties of uracil molecule were examined experimentally and theoretically with the help of vibrational spectroscopy (infrared). The various states and dimeric structures of this molecule in the DMSO solvent have been studied. The fact that which of these structures is more stable was investigated. The effect of the solvent effect on the structural and vibrational properties of dimeric structures influence of this molecule has been theoretically examined.
