Abstract:

Increasing urbanization and industrialization and technology that began with the Industrial Revolution led to today's increasing deterioration of the ecological system. Rural areas affected by the minimum rate of physical and social aspects of corruption have a significant potential in terms of the sustainability. Used where necessary and the amount of natural resources in rural areas, ecological agriculture and farming, eco-tourism and renewable energy have become true and important choices in terms of sustainability. Topographic, climatic, taking into account the social and economic data, easy recycling of building materials selection, etc. without standing rural fabric; use of clean energy, energy conservation, preservation of natural resources and recycling, highlights the current work providing important data in the context of sustainability, constitutes in frastructure. Within the scope of the thesis; housing design principles for sustainable housing; Akseki district of Antalya province of İlvat tissue was examined by investigating through the rural housing. In this context, the choice of the topography of the structures forming the rural housing texture and topography placement, orientation, facade features, spatial layout and hierarchy; The choice of construction material, building elements and are detailed in the context of structural arrangements. The obtained data on physical, cultural, economic structure, classification of historical factors and social aspects of sustainability framework established; This framework Akseki İlvat district and showing similar characteristics were evaluated in private.
