Effective use of resources, perhaps the most important factor in all areas as it presents itself. The importance of careful use of scarce resources over time, as well as requirements regarding the recycling of used products and are also growing interest in parallel. This shows that the interest and need for good planning in reverse logistics system is becoming a very important area of study. Reverse logistics, particularly for some systems, not only agenda the issue of scarce resources, but also for some social responsibility and environmental health may be necessary. Integrated waste management systems in reverse logistics system in a very limited number of observations. In this study, for the environment pose a threat harmful waste management systems, and reverse logistics systems was considered and pharmaceutical industries and hazardous waste management, both for drug boxes on the paper recycling process by taking the national economy an important contribution to be shown. Drug-related survey made in recycling, and developed models are solved, the results were evaluated. Human health can not be taken as a value-money models in reverse logistics network designs in thewider region will have significant ramifications for the implementation were evaluated.
