Abstract:In battery production, special pasting machine is used to past active material on to the strip grid. The active material in the hopper is depressed to the grid that is passing under the hopper by a rubber conveyor with the conventional machines. The rubber conveyor belt stretches and tears by the time. This belt deformation causes to some problems and obstruct to some possible product improvements as well. In this study, designed a machine to past active material on the metal drum instead of rubber conveyor.
