Abstract:

Major investments are being planned in the Health field by Public Private Partnership Model which has been recently introduced in Turkey. When the number and expenses of these investments are considered, detailed investigation of this new Model is needed. The Model in question covers different procurement system and design process due to its unique structure. Related architectural academic studies are limited in our country because this Model has been recently proposed. Better understanding of the procurement model and the process, drawing of appropriate architectural framework for the process are the aims of this study. For this purpose, architectural studies of Heath field in our country were examined and two case studies proceeded by the Ministry of Health have been discussed. Ankara Etlik and Istanbul İkitelli Health Campus Projects have been evaluated end compared by using integrated design principles.
