Abstract:

On this research as a tool for visual media education CD is going to be presented with it's assistance on education, to expand the usage of teaching materials for affective teaching. The CD design is prepared to create understandable, interesting and effective resource of material for teaching. For the research and survey Ankara Keçiören Melek Özen İlkögretim Okulu and Ankara Keçiören İbni Sina İlkögretim Okulu are chosen. Two groups are made from 40 students each from the 6th grade students. First 40 students are going to be experimental group and another 40 is going to be the control group. The interractive CD called Composition in Painting is prepared and going to be applied on the first group and the same topic is going to be given without interractive CD support to the control group with standart teaching methods. The same survey of Composition in Painting is going to be applied on both groups. The survey is used to collect data and consists of 10 questions. The results are analyzed with t-test, and shown with the diagrams in detail. As a result of the research, Interactive Education CD supplies permanent and interesting teaching period at Visual Arts Classes, so that focusing durations of students is extended while instruction period gets shorter which affects the success rates of students positively.
