Abstract:

In this study it is designed a model over the factors affecting employee performance by taking into account of literature. It is understood that the designed model has casual relationships among independent latent variables and dependent latent variables. In the literature one method has been proposed to solve this type of model that is structural equational model (SEM). A questionnaire including linguistic terms such as I agree fully, I never agree was used to collect the data. The questionnaire was applied to both the emplyees and workers' responsible chiefs . The collected data were defuzzified to get concrete numbers by using fuzzy theory. we got the reliability and validity coefficients of these concrete numbers by using SPSS software. The results showed us that the coefficients were over the standart values. Then we calculated the correlatin coefficients matrix of data and gave this matrix to LISREL software as an input. When we got the LISREL outputs we immediately compared output values with standart ones. The result was clearly obove the standart values and the model was appropriate to evaluate the direct and indirect effects of each varible to the other. The output evaluation showed that the most valuable direct effect to emloyee performance was Physical factors. Besides that, the results showed that empoyee performance has a direct and very significant effect on organizational performance.
