Abstract:Investment analysis can be named as the process of analyzing which alternative investments are more suitable for the business by employing the available alternative investment decision making tools. One of the most important factors affecting the position of companies in the market is the ability to control cash flows. Therefore, investment decisions are the decisions that companies focus on in detail and ultimately to increase the market value and therefore the value of the business. Due to the nature of decision-making problems, investment decision problems contain uncertainity in data usage. For this reason, the results obtained by the classical investment analysis can lead the businesses to make wrong decisions. As a result, it has become necessary to use techniques that evaluate the uncertain environment of real investment decision making problems. In this study, the problem of evaluating investment alternatives, which has an important field of application in the literature, has been introduced into the literature by using neutrosophic sets and pythagorean fuzzy sets. In addition, a new Multi Attribute Decision Making model using probability theory, entropy theorem and cosine distance theorem has been introduced to the literature. A Pythagorean harmonic aggregation operator has been developed. The proposed Multi-atribute Decision Making model has been implemented in the green supply chain and its results have been interpreted.
