The aim of the study is to present a study which will serve as a source-guide to the planning unit to question and evaluate the requirements in emergency departments in detail and to determine the qualities of the units. An evaluation form was designed for user requirements in emergency departments and two emergency departments in Ankara province were evaluated over the users. In field study, data was collected through observations and analyses, identification of the current situation by taking photographs and questionnaire methods with the participation of technical-medical staff. An evaluation table was formed to eliminate the deficiencies based on the obtained data.
