Abstract:Audible and visual warning system is a integrated system which warns other vehicles in the traffic audibly and visually, an it is made for the vehicles that has the right of way in emergencies. Challenges that are faced inwarning systems and environmental factors have been analyzed deeply. Every layer that the audible and visual system consists has been analyzed principally and also RF control units have been analyzed and a sample application has been done. While the system is active, all controls can be done by integrated buttons or by wireless controllers. An addition can be chosed that Wail, Yelp1, Yelp2, Hi/Lo, Di/Do and Horn siren types which is used by emergency vehicles. SAE standards that wail siren consists has been detirmined between minimum 478Hz and maximum 1613Hz.Red and blue warning modules is activefor a 500 mS with sequenceafter that switched on other warning module by 4 pulse row for a 500mS (pulse time 60mS). As a result of the measurements and experiments done on the research, it is observed that the application is successful. Results obtained from the practice that has been carried out were studied and made recommendations.
