Abstract:The purpose of this research is to discover the perceptions related to the implementation of the guidance roles of the Inspectors of the Primary Education and the Directors of the Primary Schools. The research data has been gained by taking the polls of the Primary School Directors who have been working at the Ankara province's central districts and the Primary Education Inspectors who have been working at the Ankara province. The survey data has been computed through the SPSS software package and also in order to compare the ideas of the Primary Education Inspectors and the Directors of the Primary School, the t tableaus has been prepared. The research results shows that the answers of the Primary School Directors are generally negative and the answers of the Primary Education Inspectors are generally positive to the 30 articles determined in order to discover the inspectors' guidance roles. The difference between the answers of the Primary School Directors and the Primary Education Inspectors has also been stated in the related part of the thesis via the ANNOVA tableau. On the other hand it is able to see from the survey results that the most of the survey conducted Primary School Directors and the Primary Education Inspectors' have the graduate level education. Following the new methods and the innovations of the education and implementing them in to our education program is very important for developing the students' success. For this purpose, the guidance activities in inspection are very important for increasing the quality and the efficiency in our education system.
