Abstract:Credibility is a method used to measure the weighted estimation value. The process of weighting is done with the Z credibility factor. There are some methods to specify Z value. These methods are named as Credibility models. Credibility models are examined in two main groups as the model of restricted fluctuation credibility and classic credibility. Because of this reason (so), it is important to set Z credibility factor . In some situation, the value of Z credibility factor must have been taken as 0. These are the cases that the classic credibility does not work. To show how to do this, firstly, the evaluation of Premium in classic credibility models using the 2010, 2011, 2012 data gathered from Turkish Insurance Association by the help of Buhlmann-Straub model claim results modeling was carried out. However, in the study of simulation, for the purpose of investigation of the Z Credibility Factor, the results are interpreted with the interval estimation investigation by the help of Monte Carlo Simulation method in Matlab Programming.
