Abstract:In this study our aim is to investigate the possible protective effects of curcumin application on fallopian tube of rats in structural levels in case of to stay active BaP. In the experiment, 36 female Wistar albino rats were used, and the subjects were divided into six groups. Benzo (a) pyrene (10mg/kg/day's) in corn oil, Curcumin (100mg/kg/day's) was dissolved in the DMSO. The control group in any application, which prepare the other groups, respectively corn oil, BaP, DMSO, curcumin and curcumin + BaP, including all applications for 6 weeks every day at the same time gavage was done with. Body weight was measured and recorded every day. High doses were sacrificed under anesthesia on expiry of the subjects were fallopian tube tissue. Results the mean weights of the tissues were measured. Tissues were blocked passage of histological tracking method. Sections for hematoxylin-eosin and Masson's trichrome was illustrated by applying paint.As a result, BaP due to the application of fallopian tube tissue of the muscle layer and the epithelial thickness possible atrophic due to influences that reduces the tissue compact impairs cell degenerative changes caused. Bap + curcumin treated group curcumin is not exactly improve this changes but only partially return to normal, is determinated.
