Abstract:

Under this thesis study the spectroscopic properties of 3-hydroxy-2-quinoxalinecarboxylic acid of quinoxalinecarboxylic acid family, and 8-hydroxy-2-quinolinecarboxylic acid of quinolinecarboxylic acid family have been studied theoretically and experimentally for the first time by vibrational spectroscopy (infrared and Raman). Tautomeric structures, isomers, and dimeric forms of these molecules, and the most stable of these structures are investigated. Besides, the solvent effect on the structural and vibrational parameters of these tautomeric forms has been investigated theoretically.
