Abstract:This research is studied with the aim of detecting the contributions of festivals held in Turkey to Turkish Chorus Music. Anotheraim of this study is to define the problems during these festivals and find solution about that matter. This research is a descriptive study in survey model.To collectdata interviews have done with institutions/ foundations and associations that heldfestivals in Turkey. In that interview; there are 13 questions. As a result of that survey, it is determined that 15 festivals here held in Turkeyhowever2 of them couldn't last because of various reasons. It is determinedthat the biggest problem in holdingfestivals is arranging sponsor. In consequence of this study, it is found out thatthe festivals contribute to Turkish Chorus Music via information exchange, communication and affection between chorus, progressof chorus as quality and quantity and presenting the output of chorus that they educated for a yearAnd also, it is seen that the festivalsingers socialize and chorus music is collocatingwith folk.
