The planned research for realizing the purpose of the dissertation has been applied on 276 personnel who work in General Directorate of Turkish Radio and Television Corperation. Survey method and questionnaire technics have been used to determine the organizational change perceptions and job satisfaction. To determine the perception of TRT personel on the organizational change, Change Management Scale which consists of 25 articles has been used. This scale focuses on four dimensions of organizational change perception: Revolutionary change, traditional change, planned change and evolutionary change. In order to determine the job satisfaction of the participants, The Job Satisfaction Scale which has 17 question mark has been especially developed and applied. According to the results of the research, there is a negative relationship between the perceptions of the participants on the organizational changes and their feeling of the job satisfaction.
