Abstract:Holography is a special technique which ensures the storage and recording of light & sound as well as the re-creation of them in the desired time and space. Within this technique, which utilizes from the interference characteristic of waves, recording and reconstruction of all the characteristics namely the party, intensity and direction of the light & sound is aimed. Within this technique it is possible to generate one-dimensional, two-dimensional, two/three-dimensional and three-dimensional images. Having a large number of varieties, holography is used by the artists as its artistic potential has discovered since the late 1960s, besides its use in many technological research and practices.
