We wish to respond to this call with a view to optimize our strategic vision and long-term activity plan in the framework of the key actions for social inclusion, entrepreneurship and employability of young people and in relation to the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, including the European Youth Goals, which further help us to methodically monitor the progress towards the specific objectives we wish to achieve for the period 2023-2025 of this call: - To improve the quality of our youth work, to develop our youth worker’s skills and widen their professional network to exchange good practice and to promote non-formal lifelong learning, through the development of European mobility tools and programmes. - To strengthen the commitment and cooperation of European civil society actors in our network in order to develop together practices that further encourage the participation of young people in democratic life, promote their social inclusion and adapt to the green and digital transition, in line with the EU Youth Strategy. - To engage youngsters in active citizenship and democratic participation activities in the EU, by engaging them in the reflection, creation, animation and management of virtual and real spaces for youth, including vulnerable young people. - Facilitate young people's access to training and skills exchange activities on site and by distance, to develop their skills and initiative, by exchanging with other young people in the EU. - To create synergies with public authorities and complementarity with other EU programmes targeting young people, in order to increase the impact of our activities on political agendas at local, network and beyond level, following the objectives of the European Year of Youth.
