The project will achieve a specific objective which is Developing career management services for NEETs regarding VR within a 12-month period. To achieve this specific objective, first, the project will recruit NEETs and register them with İŞKUR; second, based on assessments by Gazi University, the action will group NEETs and develop their skills so that they will be ready as VR technicians. Finally, the project will facilitate active job search through career management activities and tools.
