Abstract

Objectives: Primary Sjogren's Syndrome (pSS), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) are systemic, autoimmune, and chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases that collagenases and gelatinases are effective and valuable in the pathophysiology of these diseases. The aim of this study is to compare the levels of MMP-9 (gelatinase-B) and MMP-13 (collagenase-3) in pSS to PsA, RA and healthy controls.
