Özet

AA 7075 aluminum alloy metal powder which important a place in light alloys production technology, was produced by vertical gas atomization unit. In the experiments of metal powder production with gas atomization, a new nozzle design wwas used. High purity Argon gas and 15-30 bar are operated as a result of trials in powder production experiments. Liquid metal melting for AA 7075 aluminum powder metal production was applied at 800 ° C in experimental studies. For the production of powder material, sieve analysis applications for size measurements, and optical and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) examinations were carried out for powder shape and characterization. As a result of experimental studies, it was determined that powder compounds, spherical shape morphology and units approximately 53μm were determined.
