Özet

Objective: Along with its functions like protection, sensation, water equilibrium skin has also role in immune regulations thorough Langerhans cells. Psoriasis, vitiligo and Sweet syndromes are inflammatory diseases of which etiologic reasons are not known. Recently, mechanism of functions and concantration of Langerhans cells in normal and pathologic skin diseases have been investigated.
