Partial anomalous venous return anomaly consists of one or more pulmonary vein drainage to right atrium or systemic circulation sites that drains to right circulatory system. In this case report, 1 year old girl patient had been diagnosed by scimitar syndrom like signs on CT, which had been made for recurrent pulmonary infections, and surgery had been performed successfully. This anomaly occurs rarely, so preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative assessment and management is important.
