The purpose of this article is to identify the concept of discipline, its principles, importance, aspects, values, types of application and ideas and responsibilities of stakeholders based on related literature. The research is limited by literature review. Literature review shows that the concept of discipline is perceived differently by the researchers. Discipline and punishment are also used in different meaning by researchers. In this article, some recommendations are developed based on the analysis of researchon this subject and possible results are discussed.
