In this study, the experimental data was gathered from Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube with 5 air nozzles, an inner-diameter of 9 mm and with 12 diameter to length ratio, with 30 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 150 degrees conic 5 mm diameter plug tip angles. The experimental system was modelled as a thermo-dynamic open system. Sigma E(inlet), Sigma E(outlet), (I) over dot, and the exergy efficiency of RHVT were calculated and the exergy band diagram of RHVT was also presented. It was also found out that the exergy efficiency was low for low levels of P(inlet) and it was found to be high with higher levels of P(inlet). At the end of the calculations, it was determined that the exergy efficiency of the system, changed between 1,14 and 40,21 and it was determined that the exergy efficiency was high for alpha=90 degrees.
