Abstract

Objective: To describe tonsillar blackout sign (TBS) on three-dimensional (3D)-SPACE, evaluate its performance in identifying Chiari malformation (CM1) as diagnostic marker, and investigate its role in differentiation of symptomatic and asymptomatic CM1.
