Objective: Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH), a benign proliferative lesion of breast stroma, is a mass lesion including anastomosing clefts reminiscent of blood vessels. It is still having an indefinite etiology and pathogenesis, and thought to represent a neoplastic process of myofibroblastical cell origin. The objective of this study is to evaluate the clinical and histopathological features and surgical indications of the patients diagnosed as PASH.
