In order to cover this expectation, in this study, mobile electronic signature (me-sign) technologies were revised, the models used for infrastructures and the applications in the world used in these infrastructures were reviewed. Implementing me-sign in Turkey is discussed. Finally, a number of issues were suggested for me-sign applications and regulations in Turkey.
