Abstract

Absorption of CO 2 in a bubble column was studied using MEA at 1 atm and room temperature. The CO 2 concentrations determined by titrametric method were used for the calculation of the amount of CO 2 absorbed. The results obtained with the bubble column were provided. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 18th International Congress of Chemical and Process Engineering (Prague, Czech Republic 8/24-28/2008).
