Parallel to the implementation of neo-liberal policies m the 1980s, increasing competition among firms and industrial restructuring on the one hand, urban regeneration and renewal projects of the central and local authorities affecting relocation processes of the firms as external factors on the other hand lead to the reshaping of today's industrial geography
